All I Really Want™ is a website designed for individuals wishing to post images of items they would like as gifts. The site is intended for individuals [18] years or older. For individuals under the age of [18], use of the All I Really Want™ website is prohibited unless accompanied by an adult or guardian. Children under the age of 13 are prohibited from using All I Really Want™. By using this website, you are certifying that you are at least [18] years old or are at least [13] years old and using the website with the permission and under the guidance of an adult or guardian.

To register with All I Really Want™ you must create a profile. New users will be asked to provide their name, gender, age, email address (which will serve as a user name), and a password. Once created, users will be able to update their information as needed. You are responsible for keeping your username and password combinations confidential, and will be liable for any misuse, including those of a third party regardless of whether the use was permitted or not.

After creating a profile, users will be able to create gift pages. Initially, these pages will be private and only viewable by the user. However, once you desire, you may share pages with friends and family by linking to your page on other websites or directly providing the page to others.

All I Really Want™ is not responsible for the materials that our users post on their pages. By using this site, you acknowledge that you may be exposed to materials that you find offensive. Users should be mindful that others may find the content of their pages harmful, offensive, or indecent, but anyone using this website or viewing its user's pages does so at his or her own risk.

All I Really Want™ reserves the right, but is not obligated, to monitor the content of its users' pages and remove any material that it finds: (1) violates these Terms of Use; (2) is exceedingly offensive, harmful, abusive, or threatening; or (3) is required by law. Additionally, we reserve the right to remove content that we feel impairs our website and our user's enjoyment of it.
